All batteries are delivered with a standard test charge. To insure a maximum battery life, it is imperative that you first use the battery till it’s empty, then, charge it the first time non-stop for at least 10-12 hours. We also recommend that you renew this cycle every few months. Never interrupt the charge until the battery is full as the cells would adapt to the shorter cycles (loss in memory) which in turn reduces the battery’s efficiency.
Only buy original batteries for your mobile phone as compatible batteries contain lower quality cells which not only have a lower battery life, but may damage your phone and can even be potentially dangerous as many do not contain a short-curcuit protection on the cells.
